Classes for Every Age & Skill Level
From your toddler’s first steps to your tween’s advanced skills, we offer programs that fit every age and ability. Our classes are designed to keep your child engaged, active, and having fun while developing important life skills like perseverance, teamwork, and leadership.

• Little Gems (Ages 1-3, Co-ed): A 30-minute class designed for your toddler to build basic gymnastics skills, coordination, and socialization. It's a fun, safe environment where your little one can begin to shine!

• Opal (Ages 3-5, Co-ed): A 45-minute class focusing on balance, flexibility, and strength, as well as developing social and emotional skills. Your child will gain confidence while learning key gymnastics skills.

• Ruby (Ages 5-12, Co-ed Options): A 1-hour class for kids who are ready to challenge themselves! Ruby focuses on building strength, coordination, and gymnastics techniques in a supportive, fun environment.

• Emerald (Ages 7+, Girls Only): After mastering the basics in Ruby, Emerald takes athletes to the next level. This class builds on previously learned skills while introducing more advanced drills, preparing athletes for competitive tumbling. Emerald is centered around the competitive “Bronze” level, focusing on technique and strength.

• Sapphire (Ages 7+, Girls Only): The next step after Emerald, Sapphire increases the difficulty level and prepares athletes for even more advanced tumbling. This class focuses on skills at the competitive “Silver” level and builds strength, power, and precision. Athletes at this stage are often ready to transition to competitive teams, as we currently do not offer a recreational class beyond Sapphire.

• Preschool Tumble (Ages 3-5, Co-ed): A fun introduction to tumbling for our little ones! This class helps kids develop coordination, balance, and strength, all while learning basic tumbling skills through play.

• Beginner Tumble (Ages 5+, Co-ed): For athletes just starting their tumbling journey. Students will work on rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and more. This class also focuses on building strength, flexibility, and a solid foundation in tumbling techniques. Whether it’s their first class or they already know some basics, every athlete will be challenged and progress at their own pace.

• Intermediate Tumble (Ages 7+, Co-ed): For athletes ready to progress! In this class, we build on beginner tumbling skills and introduce new techniques like back handsprings, front handsprings, and more complex drills. Focused on improving strength, flexibility, and form.

• Parent’s Night Out: Drop your kids off for a fun night at the gym while you enjoy some well-deserved time off!

• Playnastics: Open Gym for the Whole Family! Explore gymnastics at your own pace with Playnastics. Kids will burn energy, build strength, and boost confidence while playing on vaults, bars, balance beams, trampolines, climbing walls, and more! We also have a designated Youngster’s Play Area for kids 0-5 years old. Open to kids and parents of all ages. Two great locations to choose from!
