Mom & Tot:
Mom & Tot classes are 30 minutes long, and for kids ages walking-3 years old. Co-ed. You and your child will love exploring balance, flexibility, strength, and social skills in this class. We keep things age appropriate and spend lots of time on obstacle courses, games, and bonding with your little! Each class curriculum is carefully designed for what kiddos need most at these ages, and incorporates all 4 Olympic events, vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.
Preschool:
Preschool classes are 45 minutes long, and for kids ages 3-5 years old. Co-ed.These class introduce the 4 events of gymnastics in an age appropriate and FUN environment. Obstacle courses and games abound. Each class curriculum is carefully designed for what kiddos need most at these ages, and incorporates all 4 Olympic events, vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.
Beginner Intro
Ages 5-12
Beginner Intro classes are exactly how they seem, a class built specifically for BEGINNERS! New gymnasts work on important skills on all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Once the basics of this class have been mastered, the athlete will move up to take on a higher-level challenge.
Emerald
Ages 5-12
Emerald is an invite-only class where we continue to build on the four events of gymnastics that gymnasts learn in Beginner and continue to challenge themselves.

VIP INFO
Dress Code:
-Mom & Tot Classes: "Comfy" play clothes for both athlete and adult. We recommend leggings/spandex shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops.
-Preschool Classes: A leotard is required for girls. Comfy/play clothes are required for boys.
-Everyone: No dangling jewelry, socks, shoes, or hair in the face.
