Party at Prestige Gymnastics!
First of all, congratulations! You have been invited to a birthday party at Prestige Gymnastics, which means you have been invited to the best party of the year! A party that you will surely be talking about for years to come. A party that will soon be a core memory for you and your child.
There are just a few quick things that we need to review before the big day. Please take a moment to review this page so you are fully prepped and prepared to P-A-R-T-Y!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND A PGA PARTY?
We get it… the word “gymnastics” can be intimidating…
Don’t worry friend, nothing is intimidating about Prestige Parties. You don’t have to be a top-notch athlete to attend and participate. In fact, most of our party bookings feature “open gym” itineraries, meaning you and your kiddos are free to roam and explore at your own pace.
Join in on the trampoline, build a fort out of mats, swing from the climbing rope, or observe the fun from our adult viewing area and enjoy some cake & ice cream…It’s totally up to you and there is absolutely no pressure to participate.
Boys, girls, men, women… humans of all ages and in every shape and size will find themselves smiling and enjoying life at a Prestige Party!
Step 1: The Waiver
Go ahead and sign your online waiver NOW, so it’s one less thing to do on party day.
EVERYONE is required to sign the waiver. (Mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, brothers, sisters, neighbors, and puppies! Well… not your puppy, leave your puppy at home!)
Already a PGA Member? You still need to sign the party waiver!
Your kiddo is only 1 years old and will be with you the whole time? Please include them on the waiver.
You’re the birthday girl’s grandma and you don’t plan on jumping on the trampoline because you plan to stay in the viewing area the entire time? You still need to sign the waiver!
ANYONE & EVERYONE who plans to attend the party must have an accompanying signed waiver.
Step 2: Review the Rules
Arrival & Departure
Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the party start time.
Please gather your belongings & exit the party on TIME. We almost always have other parties, classes, and events lined up to begin shortly after your party concludes.
Party Dress Code
We recommend wearing “play clothes” that are easily movable and breathable.
Leotards/Gymnastics-wear is totally optional.
We recommend that participants on the floor go barefoot, or wear clean tennis shoes. No flip-flops, sandals, socks, boots, or high heels.
Hair should be secured up and out of the face.
No dangling jewelry.
No chewing gum.
What to Bring
We do not have a water fountain, but do sell water for $1. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle. Gymnastics makes you extra thirsty!
Don’t forget your gift or card for the birthday child!
Food & Drinks
Check with your party host to determine if food or beverages will be served at your party.
No food is permitted on the gym floor. Water bottles with secured lids are allowed.
Spectator Rules
Tiny Tumblers Party: Parent participation is required. (If this applies to you, your party host will make you aware.)
Classic Prestige Parties & Gym Rental Parties: Parents are allowed on the gym floor, with a signed release form.
Flip ‘n Fly Parties: Parents are NOT welcome on the gym floor, but are invited to watch from the bleacher area.
Party Time
No athletes or parents are permitted on the floor before the Party Coach calls your group to begin. Please help us by keeping your kiddo in the lobby area until the party starts.
Once the gym time is over, and your group moves to the parent area for refreshments, gifts, or other party activities, you are no longer permitted in the gym. Thank you for respecting this policy.
Behavior & Gym Rules
When you arrive, please place all belongings in the designated “cubbies” and sit on the bleachers and wait for the coach to call you to begin.
No running in the gym, unless invited by the coach.
Be mindful of uneven walking surfaces, mats, blocks, and props on the floor.
One at a time on the trampoline.
Keep your hands to yourself.
No “spotting”, unless you’re a certified PGA employee.
Be kind.

Free Parking
After you park, come on in and take the elevator or the stairs to the 3rd floor.
Turn right and there we’ll be- Ready to party!
PRO TIP: If you’re using a GPS, enter “Lancerlot Sports Complex” NOT “Prestige Gymnastics.”
