Tuition is autodrafted on the 25th of every month. If you’d prefer to pay in cash we offer a $2 discount. If you’re paying with cash, be sure to pay before the 25th of the month.
We offer Pay in Full discounts. Pay for 6 months of tuition in advance and save 5% or pay for 12 months in advance and save 10%!

What to wear
Boys: Boys may wear t-shirts or tank tops, with athletic shorts or pants.
Girls Gymnastics:
Ages 1-3: Leotards: Optional - “Play clothes” encouraged (Movable, breathable)
Ages 4+: Leotard: Required- Spandex Shorts: Optional- Loose Fitting Shorts- Not permitted.
Girls Tumble:
Leotards: Optional - “Athletic clothes” encouraged (Movable, breathable, shorts, leggings, t-shirt, tank top etc.) - Sports Bras: Permitted
Everyone:
NO: Chewing gum, jewelry of any kind (stud earrings allowed), socks, large hair pieces with plastic or dangling decoration, apparel with inappropriate photos, words, logos, or similar.
Hair:
Long hair should be secured neatly and away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Please come prepared with extra hairbows; however, we may have hair bows available for purchase in our office.
Undergarments:
Like a bathing suit, underwear is not typically worn under a leotard, however, this is a personal choice. We encourage athletes who prefer to wear underwear with their leotard, to also wear spandex shorts over top to conceal the undergarment. Sports bras and/or bra straps may be visible or concealed.
Parking Info
LSC Location: Park in the Lancerlot Sports Complex parking lot. and enter through the front door.
When you arrive
LSC Location: Make sure to arrive 5-10 mins before your class time. Enter through the door of Lancerlot Sports Complex, locate the elevator, and proceed to the 3rd floor. Prestige is to the right of the elevator. Please check in at the front desk. Parents, you can have a seat on the bleachers or at the tables. Kids, please take off your shoes and socks, place them in a cubby, and have a seat until your class is called.
SML Location: Enter our building and find a seat in the parent area. Kids can take off their shoes and socks and put them in a cubby, then have a seat until their class is called.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle and a snack for after your class! We have snacks and drinks available for sale, but no water fountain.
What to expect
You should expect to be greeted by your teacher, your child will go for a warm up, then go through the lesson plan for the day, then we will bring them back to you at the end of class!

Exceptional Gemstones is the very first adaptive gymnastics classes in the Roanoke Valley! We’ve taken all 4 Olympic gymnastics events - vault, floor, beam, and bars, and made it accessable to those with differing abilities. All classes are lead by our Certified Occupational Therapist, Coach Ashley!
Tumble4Jesus is angymnastics program designed to combine tumbling with the teachings of Christ! Each session is carefully structured to teach foundational gymnastics and tumbling skills while also including a Christian Bible lesson that connects biblical principles with everyday life in a fun and age-appropriate way.
Private Lessons give your child focused, one-on-one instruction tailored to their skill level and goals. In a safe and supportive environment, students build strength, flexibility, and confidence while mastering gymnastics skills at their own pace. Perfect for beginners or experienced gymnasts, these lessons ensure personalized attention and maximum progress.
Summer Flip-a-Palooza is a summer program extraordinaires, complete with gymnastics, learning, fitness activities, in-house field trips, and special guest speakers. Your kiddo is sure to make awesome memories this summer that they won’t forget!
Playnastics is open gym time for the whole family. Consider this a monthly subscription for FUN, join at one or both locations, meet other local families, try our equipment, and enjoy a safe, supervised environment where kids and adults can explore, move, and play together. Playnastics is the perfect place for family bonding, active fun, and making new friends in the community

No problem! Life happens! If you miss a class, you will be marked absent, and a makeup token will be issued to you in the Parent Portal. This makeup token can be redeemed for a makeup class! These expire within 30 days! We offer unlimited makeups. Click here to learn how to schedule a make up class.
